The campaign of Undead Assault Chronicles is a long, story-driven mode with 5 different difficulties. The story follows your squad, Outlaw Squad, as the US Army combats the zombie outbreak. There are 5 difficulties available:
Each difficulty has progressively tougher and deadlier enemies and missions are more difficult to complete.
The story is subdivided into 5 sections, each with its own set of missions:
During the Prologue the standard spawn loop is disabled and a unique Prologue spawn loop is enabled. This means any zombie tier modifiers (T3, T2, T1) that were voted are not yet active.
One player must reach the meeting point with their MOS in time to complete the mission. There is a time limit of 2 minutes for this mission.
There are 5 pseudo-random supply caches that spawn anywhere on the map. These caches are marked on the minimap and give supplies when reached.

A player MOS must stand in the highlighted area at the base of each tower for 10 consecutive seconds to repair each tower. A player MOS repairing a tower has their weapon and abilities disabled. This mission scales based on the difficulty:

A player MOS must reach the inspection area, then the team must escort 9 civilians from the area to the Thalim hospital. This mission has a time limit of 4 minutes.
The Balaad bunkers become vulnerable and manned by neutral Infantry Riflemen. Waves of enemies spawn around the Balaad area, targeting the bunkers. The defense lasts for 3 minutes, and spawns vary by difficulty:

At the start of Chapter 1, the Prologue spawn loop is disabled and the standard loop is enabled.
Kill the T1s that spawn south of Balaad. The time limit for this mission is 2 minutes, and spawns vary by difficulty:

Players must collect the civilians outside of the town of Thalim and escort them back to the town square. Civilians must be approached by a player MOS to transfer control, and then players must bring them back to the town square. In addition to the civilians initially present on the map, 15-21 civilians are spawned at predetermined locations throughout the map. The time limit for this mission depends on the number of players in the game:

A player MOS needs to approach the IFF Anomaly unit as it wanders the map. The IFF Anomaly spawns at the entrance to the RA Facility and is permanently cloaked. It will randomly wander around the map until the end of Chapter 1, at which point the mission will time out.
Dr. Rosen will head to the fields in the middle of the map and collect a number of samples. Each sample takes 50 seconds to collect, and the number of samples he collects depends on the difficulty:

Helicopters will spawn before the fifth sample (this is a co-current mission with Rosen).
Fuel containers will either spawn on C.E Hill or Southeast of Baalaad. Any M.O.S is capable of bringing it back to airport.

The convoy spawns from one entrance to the AO (from the North road entering Thalim) before exiting at the East side road below the RA facility. The convoy additionally has US Army infantry escorts that follow the convoy to its destination. The attack wave scales with difficulty:

A Thanatos is spawned randomly on the map, and must be found and defeated. During this mission the lighting on the map is significantly darkened, and minimap exploration is cleared.
A Titan is spawned randomly on the West edge of the map, and must be defeated before it reaches the north river.
Both Titan and Thanatos are spawned during this mission and must be defeated. Thanatos spawns first, followed shortly by Titan. They are accompanied by a large wave of additional spawns.
Apiaries spawn randomly accross the map and it is up to the Outlaws to eliminate these threats before the timer expires. This requires the outlaws to proactively hunt them down. They are generally pretty easy to eliminate. During this time, outlaws should set up their positions for CE Hill, V.I.P Hill and Thalim in preparation for the extraction mission.

Three Generators will appear on the mini-map. Marked as 1 (Thalim), 2(Near Baalad), 3(Far right of airport). It is generally recommended not to remove e-cells located near these generators as they assist the outlaws in recharging the generators.
The outlaws who are responsible for kiting and escorting V.I.Ps should be sent to 1, and hold their position until 2,3 have been sufficiently recharged. To give the outlaws enough time to prepare and position themselves for the V.I.P mission
Gen 2 is generally done by the DPS Classes.
Gen 3 is generally done by the versatile classes(such as ghost, specter,lss,merc).
Outlaws must safetly escort Scarland, Windsor and Rosen to C.E Hill for extraction from the AO. V.I.Ps will automatically start once the mission timer expires. It is up to Outlaws to either wait out the timer or decide to start them of their own accord. The current meta-play is to have at least one kiter per a V.I.P. Players generally set up base at C.E Hill, but having a versatile class (such as PL) monitor V.I.P hill ensures the relative safety of Scarland and Windsor as they go through the middle of the map on their journey to C.E Hill for extration.
V.I.Ps will go on divergent paths to get to the Extraction Point from Thalim.

It is a completely optional mission. The drone will automatically repair once it has been clicked on by an MOS, but having structual repair sprays on hand will speed up it's repair duration. This mission is generally done by CE's or the Mech Op's. However if structual repair sprays are left at swamp, the designated mission runner can complete this mission on their own.
